BioShake iQ shows heating "off" in display underneath the temperature

If the message „off“ appears below the temperature in the display of the BioShake iQ, it may have the following reasons:

1. There is no adapter mounted on the BioShake iQ,
2. The adapter is not tight enough on the BioShake iQ.
3. The sensor that detects the adapter is defective.
4. The safety cover is not removed underneath the adapter.
   
   
   
   

Also make sure, that the adapter is mounted properly on the system (see also the Instructions)
